Sewing Machine Servicing

Here at All Things Bernina we offer in-store servicing and repairs for Bernina and Bernette machines. We have an authorised Bernina lady technician on site, the only female Bernina technician in Auckland. 

We have the skills, knowledge and service to get it right the first time, and a friendly, honest approach.

Our prices are as follows:

• $135- $180 for older mechanical Bernina's, depending on condition. We do not service older 5 or 7 series machines.
• $135 - $160 for standard electronic machines e.g 930, 1130, 220, 240 etc
• $145 - $160 for older computerised Berninas. e.g.153's, 160, 180, 440, 550 etc
• $160+ for new 5 series
• $170 + for 7 series
• $180+ for 8 series
• $145+ for standard overlocker
• $160+ for L8 series overlockers
• Timing for either overlocker or machine $57.50
• Embroidery module $50
• Repair hourly rate $100 + GST

We only service or repair Bernina or Bernette sewing machines or overlockers. The turn around time for machine servicing is usually 2 weeks, repairs may take longer due to availability of parts. 

There is a non-refundable $40 fee required on every machine when it is brought in for its service. If we are able to complete the service/repair then we will take this payment off your balance owing.
